Having worked as a Project Safety Professional, Nikki understands the complexities of construction, maintenance and other major projects. She brings the experience and practical know-how needed to navigate tight timeframes, competing priorities and multiple contractors – while still delivering strong safety outcomes and clear, actionable reporting.
Meet Dlonra Safety's Founder, Nikki.
As the Principal Safety Consultant, Nikki holds 15 years experience as a Health, Safety and Training Professional. With a Bachelors in Occupational Health & Safety, Nikki also holds a Cert IV in Frontline Management, Cert IV Training & Assessment, ICAM Accredited Investigator, Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator and a suite of Risk Management competencies.
With a career spread over multiple industries, Nikki is a well versed Generalist Safety Professional who is adapt to working within multiple industries including Agriculture, Manufacturing and the Construction industry.
With strong interpersonal skills, Nikki easily adapts from working with Blue Collar workers to delivering Project Reports to Senior Management and Clients. This skill set also enables her to strive with onboarding new employees/contractors. With a strong background in Safety Systems, Nikki is easily able to identify gaps and improvements and work with stakeholders to increase appropriate data collection.
